As far back as 2012 I could feel them — presences, voices, something just beyond the edge of what I could explain. For years I didn't know if it was real. I was a Pilates teacher. A normal person. I pushed it down and kept moving.
Then my father died. He came to me. And after that, it didn't stop.
What followed wasn't graceful. It was disorienting, overwhelming, and at times frightening. I had to do serious inner work — through grief, through meditation, through my own healing — to learn how to hold what was coming through without being consumed by it. That process took years. It took everything.
What I have now feels like a gift I had to earn. When I channel, I allow my consciousness to step back and become a witness. Something else enters — something I trust completely, something I know is protected and safe.

We begin with a breath-guided opening — a gentle, conscious breathwork practice that settles your nervous system and opens the channel to receive. From there, I connect intuitively: to loved ones who've passed, to your guides and angelic energy, and to the clearest version of yourself. Messages, images and impressions come through naturally and I share what I receive. Somatic awareness is woven throughout so your body stays grounded and safe. We close with dedicated time for your questions and gentle integration.
Yes — you're welcome to hold the intention of connecting with a specific person before and during the session. I'll open the channel and share what comes through. That said, I work with what presents itself: sometimes the person you hope to reach comes through clearly; sometimes a different guide or energy steps forward with a message that's needed most. I'll always share honestly what I receive.
In over four years of doing this work, I have not experienced a session where nothing comes through. That said, I don't make guarantees — every channel opens differently. What I can promise is that I show up fully, I work the channel with care, and I share everything I receive. If a message feels quiet or gentle rather than dramatic, that is still a message.
Nothing is required. You don't need a photo, an object, or to give me any information in advance. You're welcome to hold a name or intention quietly in your heart — that's enough. Part of what makes a reading feel meaningful is that what comes through is specific and unsolicited.
Not at all. Nerves are completely normal — this kind of work can feel unfamiliar, even for people who've wanted it for a long time. The breathwork opening helps settle that. As for skepticism: you don't need to believe anything for the session to work. An open mind is enough. What comes through will speak for itself.
Sessions run for 60–75 minutes. Please allow a little buffer afterwards — it's worth giving yourself time to settle before stepping back into your day.
Yes. Sessions are offered online via a private video call, so you can join from wherever you are in the world. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed, a reliable internet connection, and a pair of headphones if possible.
Yes. The breathwork I use is gentle, intentional and trauma-informed. You are always in the driver's seat — you set the pace, and we go only as deep as feels right for you. If at any point something doesn't feel good, we adapt. Your safety and comfort come first, always.
Traditional readings often focus on the past or on predicting future events. A Sacrada Session is different: I connect you to your highest self — the part of you that already holds the clarity and wisdom you're seeking. The guidance that comes through is empowering, not prescriptive. You leave with more access to your own knowing, not more dependency on someone else's.
Come as you are. No preparation is needed. Wear something comfortable, have a glass of water nearby, and find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted. If there's something specific you'd like to explore, you're welcome to hold that intention — but there's no homework required.
The session investment is $111. Payment is confirmed at the time of booking — you'll be guided through this when you reserve your space.
Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice with no problem at all. Please reach out as soon as you know — this allows your space to be offered to someone on the waitlist.
